This refund policy applies to purchases of ActivSim. All billing is processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for transactions on this site.
Trial Period
ActivSim offers a 7-day trial with card details required at signup. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Refund Window
If you are charged for a subscription to ActivSim, you can request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are handled through Paddle. You can use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle email, use the billing management page for your subscription, or visit Paddle buyer support.
Processing
Refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method when possible. The time it takes for funds to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.
